At Galbi, restaurant owners Coenraad Groenewald and Louis Smit bring the Korean barbecue concept to Cape Town adding their own South African twist to the menu.

Galbi cuisine is hugely popular in Korea where galbi houses serve marinated meat cooked right at the customers' tables by the customers themselves.

At the restaurant, centrally situated on Long Street, each table features a small grill where diners can cook their own fillet, rump and kudu paired with the likes of baked tofu, garlic bread and summer salads.
